Things you need:
- Felt
- Decorations to glue on
- Glue stick
- Stencil from favorite coffee place
- Scissors
Step 1:
First open up the stencil and lay flat on the felt of choice.
Step 2:
Cut the traced shape
Step 3:
Once the strips are cut, use the glue gun to glue the ends as marked bellow.
