For my second meal, I had the pleasure of making a “Grass-Fed Beef Taco Salad” which tied nicely in my current wellness goal. Eating healthy is a lot easier than many think- it just requires time and planning. I love the spin Martha & Marley Spoon™ gave the traditional taco. Rather than feeling disappointed for receivinga bland salad the “Beef Taco Salad” was crunchy and full of flavor and easy to make!
After chopping the tomatoes and onions I seasoned the Grass fed beef with a custom spice blend by the Los Angeles “Tampico Spice Company”.
The tortilla was sliced into strips and lightly covered in oil before baking.
I then added Organic Beans to the grass-fed beef.
I combined the ingredients and was amazed to see I could easily create four large salads.
